Contract is simple:

Designing Your Website |

| You agree to pay Tiernan & Tama Inc., $50.00 per hour. We will provide you an estimation on the project you want completed, work on the project for the amount of time you have paid for, then show you the work. You can decide to continue with additional work or stop. If you continue, we will provide a new estimation and request a payment for the next project before we continue. If you chose to stop, we will install your Code, if you provide the FTP information. You can also request the code we create for you on a CD when the work is complete. We do not charge per page, since each page can be completed in either HTML, JavaScript, VB Script, Swishmax, Flash, Adobe Photoshop 7.0, Fireworks or some combination thereof. The page may have tables and/or the frames. Since each site will vary, the cost will vary depending on the amount of work you want completed and how you want your site to appear. | ||||

| Here's what happens next: |
| We will contact you via phone or email to confirm your order. We will then request from you a $100.00 deposit to start work. |
| Once we receive payment confirmation via Paypal, we will provide you a cost estimation on the project containing the features you have requested. |
